Please note we can only accept one form of payment per order. Refunds are always issued to the original form of payment and cannot be refunded to a different form of payment for any reason.

All promotional codes should be applied on the cart page before checking out. If you forget to add a promotional code please email our Customer Support team within 30 days of delivery at service@houseoon.com

No, we do not accept multiple promotional codes per order unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions.

We apologize for any confusion! There is a return fee associated with all houseoon returns that is indicated when you initiate your return on our "Easy Returns" portal. This fee can vary depending on the item being returned and there is a fee associated with each returned item. This amount is held back from your total refund amount.
